- Two Arrested on DWI Charges in Elma Friday, December 25, 2009 @ 5:33AMThe New York State Police conducted roving patrols in the Towns of Elma and Clarence from 10 p.m. on Fri., Dec. 18 to 2 a.m. on Sat., Dec. 19 in search of drunk drivers. In all, the troopers made four arrests on charges of driving while intoxicated, and 35 vehicle and traffic tickets were issued. Two of the arrests were made in Elma.
