Do I need proof of sending my resignation letter?
Dear all, Do we need proof that we've tendered our resignation? If we're handing it by hand, should we take necessary steps to ensure we keep a proof? Am having a terrible time since the employer don't allow me to leave the company after reading the letter. Help out please.

- yes, you do need a proof. there are two ways you can get a proof: 1. you give the resignation letter to your employer and let him sign it. 2. if he does not sign it, then send it to him by registered letter. you have to get proof that your employer received the letter! i m in china with 18 years export business experiences. woud like to share it with you if u need.
- hi friend, Resignations & appraisals are important occurances in an employees career. Some of us tend to take the phenomenon of appraisals as better one than resignations or vice-versa. But there is a lighter side on both this situation, just check out this joke at: http://chennai.88db.com/maa/Knowledge/Knowledge_Detail.page/Leisure/?kid=30 I am sure you will enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
