resignation letter help please?!?

can someone type me up an example or even better a resignation note at my local dominos

1. I'm amazed that they would want a note. Just say or write... I am resigning to pursue other opportunities. Don't be negative on leaving... you're leaving so who cares... and you would be amazed how often people want/need to go back... or your boss might end up as your boss at some future job... seen it happen...

My last date of employment will be ---. How's that? Two choices. You can play with those. I am an English major and have worked in offices for more than 3 decades. Wow! That's a lot of resignation letters, huh?
