is this a good resignation letter?

To Whom It May Concern: I regret to inform you that I no longer desire to be employed at ____. I feel that I am not getting the hours that I would like at a job, and am currently exploring other options. My reasons for leaving have nothing to do with ____, I am just looking for something more exciting and challenging. Today I would like to hand in my 2 weeks notice. I also would like to request that this be kept confidential and not spoken about with other hostesses, dishwashers, busers, etc. I would like to stress to you how grateful I am for being given the opportunity to work at _____, it really has been a positive experience. I hope our paths cross again in the future! Sincerely, me. if not, what can i do to improve it?
