Addressing a resignation letter for work without knowing my manager's last name?

I'm 17 and resigning from the job I have had for over a year now. We got a new manager a couple months ago and I don't know her last name - she has never told me and it isn't written anywhere. How do I address the resignation letter? Help!

3. Call the office from a pay phone and ask them for whatever her first name is like this - can I speak to Anabella Smith. They will probably answer something like - Are you sure you don't mean Anabella Wong? Then you have it.
