What can I do if my employer ignore my resignation letter and do not cancel my working permit/Visa?

I send my resign letter (email)to my boss (he is currently not in UAE,Dubai) and a Hardcopy to the Manager. But my boss ignore my resignation and do not reply to my email or my phone call and my manager have yet to hand him my resign letter. How? can he do that? I need to leave Dubai and go home..

1. Write a resignation letter, make a copy of it and have the copy signed when handing the letter over. Ask for your end of service benefits to be settled and inform your employer that you will involve MoL in case that this won't happen. Your employer HAS to not your resignation and HAS to cancel your visa. If not, involve MoL and file a complaint. Good luck!
